1. Availability & booking requests

Live availability for each home is shown on its Airbnb calendar. Booking requests are made directly through this website, by WhatsApp or by email to booking@casatonyspain.com. A request is not a confirmed booking until the reservation deposit has been received.

2. Payment

A reservation deposit of 60% of the total booking price is required to confirm and secure your dates. The remaining 40% is due no later than seven days before arrival. Prices, payment method and payment details are agreed directly with Tony in writing. No payment is taken through this website.

3. Late or missed payment

If the remaining balance is not received by seven days before arrival, Tony reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the dates. Any refund of the reservation deposit in this situation is at Tony's discretion and will be confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellations & changes

Cancellations and date changes must be requested in writing (WhatsApp or email). Terms for refunds or transfers of the reservation deposit are agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

5. Your stay

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am unless otherwise agreed. Occupancy must not exceed the number of guests confirmed at booking. Guests are responsible for treating the home with care and are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. The homes are privately owned and are prepared for each arrival.
